Systems Support
I’m a Tech & Automation VA with a background in retail supervision, where I learned to streamline operations and create clear, efficient workflows. I aim to use those strengths to build simple systems, SOPs, and Zapier automations that cut manual work and keep businesses running smoothly. I chose this niche because I love systematizing processes into clean, automated workflows. I work best with small businesses and founders who value clarity, structure, and sustainable systems.

SOP: Form Submission Logging & Notification Workflow
Business: BrightPath Studio
Purpose: Ensure every customer inquiry is captured and acknowledged automatically.
1. Form Submission Intake
A customer submits the Google Form. Zapier detects the new entry and triggers the workflow.
2. Log Entry in Google Sheets
Zapier adds a new row to the designated Google Sheet, placing each form field into the correct column.
3. Send Notification Email
Zapier sends a Gmail notification to the business owner with the form details and timestamp.
4. Daily Verification
Check the Google Sheet once per day to confirm all submissions were logged and notifications were sent.
5. Handle Exceptions
If a submission is missing or an email wasn’t sent:
- Re‑submit the form manually for testing
- Check Zap history for errors
- Confirm Gmail is still connected
- Update field mapping if needed
Summary:
Built a simple automation that sends new Google Form responses directly into a structured Google Sheet, removing manual data entry and keeping submissions organized in real time.
